We represented employers and employees in both their claims and defenses in the Industrial Court and we also conduct judicial review applications in the High Court. We provide legal advice, for matters such as unfair dismissal claims, wages dispute, domestic inquiry, etc. For clients whose matters are in the Labour office, we also provide our support and advice. We encourage settlement and to achieve the best possible outcome for both employers and employees.
