When you purchased a property under a Master Title, in time to come, you will have to do Perfection of Transfer in order for your to transfer the property title from Master Title to Individual or Strata Title in your name. 

On 26.2.2020, Bank Negara has issued a policy document sets out the requirements for financial service providers (FSPs) to expedite the issuance of the redemption statement for housing loan/home financing and the release of the original title of immovable property via work process improvement. The policy named “Issuance of Redemption Statement and Release of Original Title of Immovable Property” was issued by Bank Negara Malaysia.
